Policy on Parents Providing Food   

• Meals are provided by program and will follow USDA guidelines

• No accommodation of parents’ alternate diet is provided by program

• If special diet is required parents must obtain a physician’s written instructions

• Meals and snack requirements will be followed

 

Provider / Program Dietary Policy (if applicable)

• If your child has any food allergies or other special dietary needs it is very important that this information is on the children’s enrollment form.  If there are any substitute, food needed for them it will be discussed with parent and I will provide once it is discussed with parent during enrollment.  Doctor note must be signed and kept on file for allergies and food substitute requirements.
