 Transportation for Field & Routine Trips

• Transportation will not be given by program for any reason.

• Walking trips, including routine walking trips, shall have written and signed permission from the parent before escorting a child to and from walking location.

• Written permission from the parent shall include: Child’s name, destination (s) of trip, signature of the parent, date on which the permission was signed, a statement notifying parents that I will be walking.

 

Transportation for Emergencies

• In the event of a non-life-threating emergency parent will be notified, called to pick up child, and given the option for ambulance services

• Please note: No care will be provided for children whose parents refuse consent for emergency transportation
